Profile
Simon is a partner at Hesketh Henry, a commercial law firm in New Zealand. He is currently the Treasurer of the NZMEBC.
Simon is a Trade and Transport lawyer. He was previously a partner in the Dubai office of international law firm HFW, where he headed its regional shipping and commodities practice.
Simon spent 10 years in the UAE and prior to that, 6 years in the UK. He has extensive experience in relation to the international sale and supply of goods, including drafting commercial contracts, advising on carriage of goods, trade finance and sanctions issues, and advising on disputes between international companies and the recovery of debts.
