Hailey Ryan

Hailey is the General Manager for Global Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) for Fonterra where she leads the Cooperative’s business unit focussed on servicing the dairy needs of the worlds most loved and recognised multi-national restaurant brands including Pizza Hut, Domino’s, McDonalds, Burger King, Starbucks, Subway and others.
Hailey has spent the past six years working with a variety of customers in the Middle East, including Pizza Hut master franchisees’, Fonterra Opco and Yum! regional; travelling extensively in the region. Prior to moving into Global Sales, Hailey lead the New Zealand Foodservice business for Fonterra Brands New Zealand.
A former Public Relations professional, Hailey has held senior communication roles both in New Zealand and abroad, with Heineken, Daily Mail General Trust UK and PR agency Pead PR.
Hailey can help members with general enquiries about doing business in the Middle East and share her knowledge and experience of entering a new market.
Hailey holds a Bachelor of Communications from Auckland University of Technology.
