The Council brings together the expertise our members need to be successful across the region's diverse markets. We foster relationships with businesses, government, representative offices, returning expats, emerging traders and businesses with a long history of trade to help our members build and maintain market share.
We offer a programme of events and educational opportunities throughout the year to assist New Zealand companies to maximise opportunities in the Middle East region.

Membership subscriptions are set at each Annual General Meeting and align with the NZMEBC financial year: 1 April to 31 March. All pricing excludes GST.
NZMEBC Executive Board
The Council is a group of professional thinkers, connectors and advocates who care passionately about advancing New Zealand’s interests the Middle East. Jurisdictions of focus include - Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E), Saudi Arabia, Syria and Yemen.
We are well supported by our business members and ex-officio members MFAT and NZTE alike via their thought and governance leadership, assistance with hosting events and providing speakers for council membership forums.
The New Zealand Middle East Business Council operates as an Incorporated Society and in accordance with its rules of incorporation. These provide for the establishment and operation an executive committee. Executive committee members, including the chair, are elected at our annual AGM for two-year terms.
The Executive Committee meet at least 10 times per year.
