Sandeep Sharma is an engineer, entrepreneur, and expert in international trade and education diplomacy with over a decade of experience bridging New Zealand with the Middle East and South Asia. As the Founder and Managing Director of NorthStar Global Advisory, he provides strategic counsel on international business and investment, leveraging a career built on high-stakes leadership and government relations.

Sandeep previously served as CEO of Quality New Zealand Education within the QualityNZ Group, where he collaborated with New Zealand’s top universities and key agencies including MFAT and NZTE to strengthen regional commercial footprints. His leadership extends across the diplomatic and strategic landscape as the Chair of the NZIIA Christchurch Branch, Trade & Strategy Advisor to the India NZ Business Council, and Strategic Partnership Advisor to Global Order in New Delhi.
A former international student himself, Sandeep is the author of Good on You, Mate!, a blueprint for using education as a conduit for global cooperation and cultural diplomacy.
